The apartment: 

Large luxury duplex apartment located on the top floor, sleeping from 7 (double/twin/triple bedrooms) to 10 (including a double sofabed as well as a fold up bed). 

Large well-decorated living room with a open fire and equipped with two sofas, armchairs and stools, a widescreen TV with Xbox/Apple TV, a Sonos speaker and various games. Opens onto a balcony with outdoor armchairs and table/chairs and views towards the Aiguille Rouge.

Separate dining area with a large table seating 10.  Well-equipped open kitchen (fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fondue set, raclette grill etc.).

Large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (bath+shower), a twin bedroom, a triple bedroom, shower room and bathroom.

WiFi included.

Two private ski lockers in the ski room for your equipment during your stay. 

Duvets, sheets, towels and bathrobes provided. End of stay cleaning and mid0stay as an option.

No-smoking or pets please.

5* Residence in the mountains: 

The Jardins de la Cascade has a shared outdoor pool and hottub and sauna.  The Prince des Cimes residence opposite has a 24-hour reception, and an indoor/outdoor pool and a gym area with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.  There is also a (paid) spa in the village offering a range of treatments.

Shared washing machines are available in the basement of the residence. 

The Arc 1950 Station: 

Arc 1950 is a ski-in, ski-out village with pedestrian-only streets and a range of shops,restaurants and bars nestled in the heart of the Paradiski ski area. Put you skis on outside the door as the piste runs through the village.  For families,  ski school meets just outside!

Grocery stores include a well-stocked supermarket, a bakery, a mountain products store and a sweet shop. Multiple ski shops make it easy to rent your ski/board equipment.  We have 7 restaurants, a coffee shop, pub, wine bar and cool bar with music and dancing.  Other shops include clothing stores and gift shops. 

Underground parking is available (for an additional fee).
